Dan Greenberg has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Charter School Growth Fund since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Education First Consulting, where they managed client engagements focused on student learning and growth strategies. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Director of Strategy at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, leading various initiatives such as the organization's strategic planning, merger, and improving collaboration. Before that, they worked at Valor Collegiate Academies as the Founding Director of Operations and at Achievement School District as a Project Manager. Dan began their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.
Dan Greenberg attended the University of Southern California from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a specialization in Technology, Innovation, and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Continuing their education, they enrolled in The Broad Residency in Urban Education program from 2017 to 2019, where they earned another M.Ed. degree, this time focusing on Educational Leadership.
