Jamey Roberts

Jamey Roberts is an experienced leader in human capital and talent development, currently serving as Executive In Residence at the Charter School Growth Fund since June 2019, focusing on enhancing the Talent Practice for the Impact Team. Previously, Jamey held the position of Chief Human Assets Officer at IDEA Public Schools from September 2014 to May 2019, where strategic recruitment and retention efforts contributed to the organization’s growth from 36 to 96 schools serving nearly 53,000 students. Jamey also served at the National Association of Charter School Authorizers as Vice President of Talent & Engagement and Vice President of Human Capital, overseeing significant budget management and the creation of new divisions dedicated to talent enhancement. Early career experiences include various roles at TNTP from 2003 to 2011, culminating in the position of Partner. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Northwestern University.
