Kaycee Brock, Ed.D., currently serves as the Postsecondary Success Lead at the Charter School Growth Fund, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Kaycee held various leadership roles at the KIPP Foundation, including Director of External Impact and Director of KIPP Through College External Impact, from August 2018 to October 2021. Kaycee also served as the Student Engagement Director for the Warnock for U.S. Senate campaign during the Georgia runoff election in late 2020, and as the Founding Director of School Culture at DREAM Charter School from June 2017 to August 2018. Early career experiences include roles at the NYC Department of Education, Harlem Village Academies, and Teach for America. Kaycee's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master's degree in Education from Hunter College, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Florida State University.
