Kelly Shields

Kelly Shields is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Structured Finance at Charter School Growth Fund and Managing Director of Kelly Shields Consulting, Kelly provides fractional CFO services, leadership coaching, and support for education and nonprofit organizations. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools and Director of Finance, Data, and Administration at KIPP Baltimore. Kelly also contributed to the Strategic Data Project at Baltimore County Public Schools, focusing on utilizing data and research to inform educational decisions. Additional experience includes consulting roles at IBM Global Business Services, Education Pioneers, Bellwether Education, and Navigant Consulting.
