Prabhu Reddy is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in the education sector. Currently serving as Operator in Residence at the Charter School Growth Fund since November 2018, Prabhu assists charter school operators in overcoming finance and real estate challenges. Prior to this role, Prabhu held the position of Chief Financial Officer at KIPP Public Schools Northern California, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for 15 schools serving nearly 6,000 students. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Finance and Operations at KIPP San Diego, where Prabhu successfully navigated financial challenges during the Great Recession, and as an Investment Associate at Pantheon Ventures, contributing to significant investment activities. Prabhu Reddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
