Brian Holzaepfel has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. From 1999 to 2010, they worked at Sandusky International, Inc. in various roles ranging from Foundry Engineer to Director of Operations. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Director of Operations at MetalTek International. In 2015, they joined Charter Steel as a Production Manager and later advanced to roles such as Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations - Ohio at Charter Steel, where they lead plant managers and manufacturing leadership to ensure safe and efficient operations. Brian is also responsible for developing a strong pipeline of operational managers and supervisors and addressing skill gaps in the organization for ongoing growth.
Brian Holzaepfel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bowling Green State University, completing the program from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Brian obtained a certification in Decision-Making Strategies from LinkedIn in April 2022.
