Becky Fischer, CPF, is an experienced supply chain professional with a diverse background in various industries. Becky is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Charter Steel, where they oversee the company's supply chain operations. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Planning at Charter Steel, where they managed demand, supply, planning, inventory, transportation, and SIOP, and led a significant transformation within the supply chain.

Before joining Charter Steel, Becky held various supply chain leadership positions at Clarios, where they served as the Executive Director of Supply Chain, NA, and Director of Demand Planning and S&OP. Becky also worked at Ruiz Foods as the Associate Director of Demand & Supply Planning and the Demand Planning Manager.

In addition to their roles in the supply chain field, Becky has experience in demand management and planning. Becky worked as a Regional Demand Manager at HEINEKEN USA and as a Team Lead Demand Planning and Demand Planner at ConAgra Foods.

Starting their career in the marketing field, Becky served as a Marketing Manager at Ann Michaels & Associates. Becky also gained experience in benefits administration as a part of AMG and worked as an Account Manager at Uline.

Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, and strategic leadership. Becky'sexperience spans across different industries and showcases their ability to drive operational efficiency and deliver results.

Becky Fischer, CPF, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.

In 2015, Becky obtained the certification of Certified Professional Forecaster from the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning.
