Previously, Gabriel held various positions at Gerdau, including Improvement Facilitator IV and Automation Engineering Coordinator, focusing on CAPEX projects and system implementations. Gabriel's career began in the early 1990s, with roles ranging from electrician to electrical engineering intern, accumulating a diverse skill set in electrical and automation engineering. Gabriel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has pursued further education in management and robotics.
