Katie Dimmer is an experienced professional in energy management and environmental compliance, currently serving as Energy Manager at Charter Steel since May 2010, where significant contributions include developing an energy management system and achieving ISO 50001 certification for the first US steel mill to attain this standard. Previously, Katie held roles such as Energy Project Engineer and Environmental Coordinator, managing compliance activities. Katie was also a Board Member at Reflo Sustainable Water Systems, focusing on sustainable water practices. Academic background includes dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, alongside research experience in water resources and physical therapy studies.
