Stephanie Copeland is a seasoned professional in learning and internal communications with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Prior to Charter Steel, Stephanie held significant positions at Northwestern Mutual and Kohl's Department Stores, focusing on leadership development and talent development, respectively. Additionally, experience as an Online Content Developer at Froedtert Health highlights expertise in instructional design and online training development.
