Jordan Watson

Jordan Watson is a Support Technician at Charter Technologies Inc. since October 2021, providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software while managing network switches from Cisco, Ubiquiti, Dell, and Netgear. Prior to this role, Jordan served as a Senior Analyst at CareTech Solutions, and as a Casting Technician at Williams International, where responsibilities included maintaining documentation and ensuring parts conformed to engineering specifications. Experience also includes a Skilled Support Operator position at General Motors, focusing on part preparation and customer service training. Currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology at Macomb Community College, education is expected to be completed in May 2024.
