William Russell

William Russell's work experience starts in 2008 at incNETWORKS, Inc. where they worked as a Member of Technical Staff, responsible for testing network and software applications. William then progressed to Director, System Integration, where they oversaw software and IT implementation. William later became Vice President, System Integration, overseeing all software and IT implementation. In 2014, they joined Security Industry Specialists, Inc. as a Network Administrator, responsible for network maintenance and help desk support. In 2015, they joined Charter Technology Solutions as a Systems Engineer and later worked as a Field Services Manager. Currently, they are the Service Delivery Manager, focusing on customer service and SLAs. In addition, they served as the Northeast Regional Director at Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc. from 2011 to 2013.

William Russell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida, graduating in 2007.
