Victor Ibegbu

Victor Ibegbu has a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. Victor has held positions at various organizations, including the Detroit Public Library and Wayne State University Library School, where Victor worked on digital initiatives and information systems. Currently, Victor serves as the Information Technology and Innovation Director at the Charter Township of Canton, overseeing IT operations and strategic goal setting.
