Cherry Krys (Clavette)

Cherry Krys (Clavette) has extensive experience in compliance and privacy roles within the healthcare industry. Cherry began their career at CIGNA Healthcare as a Senior Coordination of Benefits Analyst, streamlining workflow and creating metrics to ensure departmental success. Cherry then moved on to Concord Hospital as a Financial Compliance Coordinator, overseeing various committees and budgets. Cherry continued to advance their career at Catholic Medical Center, serving as the Director of Corporate Compliance and leading a mature compliance program. Cherry then served as the Corporate Compliance Officer at Lawrence General Hospital, where they created and maintained a comprehensive organizational compliance program. Most recently, Cherry has been working at Commonwealth Health as the Facility Compliance & Privacy Officer, responsible for operations at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and Wilkes-Barre Academic Medicine. Cherry is currently serving as the Vice President Compliance at CharterCARE Health Partners.

Cherry Krys (Clavette) has a diverse education history. Cherry started by completing their diploma in College Studies at North Kingstown High School from 1979 to 1982. Later, they attended Frederick Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from 1990 to 1994.

Continuing their education, Cherry pursued healthcare management and received a Professional, Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM) certification from the Academy of Healthcare Management in 2001. Then, they furthered their studies at Southern New Hampshire University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management in an unspecified year, before completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their degrees, Cherry obtained a certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Healthcare Compliance Association in February 2008.
