Shawn Sullivan

Shawn Sullivan, MBA, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Shawn is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at CharterCARE Health Partners, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Skills for Rhode Island's Future from 2020 to 2023. Previously, they worked as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition at Millennium Consulting from 2009 to 2020. Before that, they held various managerial roles at Software Quality Associates, CIBER Inc, Retail Decisions, PLC, and Salomon Smith Barney. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in business development, client services, financial analysis, and data analysis.

Shawn Sullivan, MBA, has a strong educational background with degrees in both Marketing and Business Administration. Shawn received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Bryant University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Prior to their MBA studies, Shawn completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at Bryant University as well, from 1984 to 1988.

Before attending university, Shawn Sullivan obtained their high school diploma from LaSalle Academy in 1984.

In addition to their formal education, Shawn has also obtained the certification of Certified Professional Services Recruiter from TechServe Alliance in February 2014, further demonstrating their commitment to professional growth and development.
