Chelsea leads our Trans-Tasman Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for strengthening the brand positioning of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and the marketing of Chartered Accountants as Difference Makers.
Chelsea has spent more 20 years marketing brands, solving complex business problems using creative ideas and building future ready, high-performance teams. She has extensive expertise in driving strategy, digital experience and has a strong commercial capability.
Prior to joining CA ANZ, Chelsea was Head of Marketing for Fairfax Media promoting brands such as The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and The Australian Financial Review and worked on some of the largest events in the country including City to Surf, Good Food Month, Night Noodle Markets and the AFR Top 100 Restaurants.
During this time, she was on the board of the IAA (International Advertising Association), a finalist in the Fairfax Media Women in Business award for Leadership, awarded the PANPA (Pacific/Asia Newspaper Publishers Association) Marketer of the year and her team won the PANPA Marketing team of the year 2 years running.
She currently does volunteer work in Marketing for James Cook University, guest judges multiple high-profile Marketing industry awards, is on the steering committee for a Creative Festival held annually in WA, is a mentor for Remarkable Women and works across several pro-bono charity clients.
