Anne Kiem OBE has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Anne is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Member of Board of Governors at Middlesex University starting from November 2022. From 2014 to 2023, they served as the Chief Executive of the Association of Business Schools. Before that, they held the role of Chief Executive at the ifs School of Finance from 2004 to 2014. Anne started their career in 1997 as the Global Credit Market Strategist at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management. Anne Kiem OBE also has experience in the education sector, having worked as the Head of Mathematics at Putney High School from 1995 to 1997 and as a Mathematics Teacher at St Paul's Girls' School from 1991 to 1995.
Anne Kiem OBE obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Justice and Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009. Furthermore, they hold a BMath degree in Mathematics from the University of Newcastle.
