Michelle Scott has a diverse work experience. Michelle started as the Director of Total Compliance and Training in Transport in 2015. In 2017, they worked as an Area Leader for 4Networking Ltd and later became the Visitor Coordinator at Grantham Lunch. In 2018, they served as the Event Manager for TEDxPeterborough. From 2019, they held multiple roles, including Freelance Trainer for Logistics UK and CILT (UK) and Head of UK Local Events for Women In Logistics at CILT (UK). Michelle also owned their own coaching business called Michelle Scott Life, Business & Relationship Coaching from 2020 to 2021. In the past, they were a Business Owner & Manager at Scotts Retail and a Director at Scotts Distribution Ltd, where they successfully developed the business into a multi-million turnover company.

Michelle Scott has a diverse education history. In 2018, they obtained a FORS Practitioner certification from FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme). Additionally, they completed various training courses in fields such as fire safety, working at heights, vehicle safety, and asbestos awareness. In terms of formal education, Michelle completed their A-Levels in Economics, Government & Politics, and History at Bilborough College in 1993 and obtained their high school diploma from Fernwood Comprehensive in 1991. Michelle continues to pursue ongoing personal development and education. Michelle also holds additional certifications in areas such as well-being and productivity, coaching, communication, and online video creation.
