Bill Brand

Bill Brand is an experienced CRM and marketing professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the CRM Manager at the Chartered Insurance Institute since June 2022, Bill previously held the position of Group Head of Business Systems at Bonhill Group plc following its acquisition of Last Word Media Ltd, where Bill was involved in multiple roles including Head of CRM and Communications Systems and Data Protection Officer. Bill's extensive career also includes roles in marketing management at CRU, UIA Insurance, the Institution of Civil Engineers, and the Energy Institute. Bill holds a BA in Communication, Culture and Media from Coventry University and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from Cavendish College.
