Jenny Okonkwo

Jenny Okonkwo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Transform Consulting Inc since 2019, Jenny has designed and delivered tailored DEI training programs on various topics including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and psychological safety. Additionally, leadership roles include Chair of the Black Knowledge Building Council at CPA Ontario Foundation, Founder of the Black Female Accountants Network, and Director of DEI Belonging and Reconciliation at Meridian Credit Union. Previous experience includes significant contributions as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Hydro One, and a role as Manager and Team Lead at Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council, where initiatives fostered workplace inclusion and effective leadership development. Jenny holds multiple professional designations including a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant and an MBA, underpinned by a strong educational background in business operations and project management.
