Louise Savage

Louise Savage has extensive experience in consumer affairs and dispute resolution, currently serving as the Consumer Codes & ADR Manager at the Chartered Trading Standards Institute since May 2018. Prior to this role, Louise held various positions as an ADR Officer and Executive within the organization.
