Walter Tan

Walter Tan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in logistics and executive search across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Senior Director, Regional Head of Logistics at Charterhouse Asia, Walter previously held multiple leadership roles at Unicorn Partners, including Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, where responsibilities centered on building and developing the brand in APAC. Earlier positions include Senior Director at BTI Executive Search, Senior Vice President at Charterhouse Singapore, and Senior Director roles at JCG Search International and iSearch Worldwide. Walter's career began at TNT as Business Manager and includes significant contributions to the marketing and recruitment sectors. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
