Abu Latif has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Abu began their career as a Customer Consultant at Carphone Warehouse in 2012 and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at EE, first as a Sales Consultant, then as an Assistant Manager, and later as a Commercial Coordinator & Assistant Manager. During their time at EE, they focused on managing health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading and developing a team.

In 2017, Abu Latif briefly worked at Mace as an Assistant Project Manager, where they oversaw subcontractors, managed contractors, and resolved site issues. Abu then joined Openreach in 2021 as a Network Engineer, where they handled customer requirements, fixed network and broadband faults, and provided new broadband and telephone lines.

In 2021, Abu Latif worked at Reed as a Project Support Officer, supporting project activities. In 2022, they joined Opious as a Telecom Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating telecom project delivery in the UK and EU for clients such as Amazon, Vitality, and others. Abu ensured the successful implementation of the Project Management Office's strategy and deliverables.

Abu Latif's education history includes obtaining a Prince2 Foundation for Project Management degree from the University of the West of England, starting in 2022.
