Ryan Maphosa

Ryan Maphosa is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in Unified Communications and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior UC Engineer at Charterhouse Group since November 2016, Ryan has previously held roles as UC Engineer and Avaya Engineer. Between August 2007 and October 2016, Ryan worked at Lifeline IT as a Principal Engineer and IT Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting complex technical issues and managing Windows Server environments, virtualisation technologies, and enterprise communication systems. Earlier career experiences include freelance software testing and programming, customer service positions at Next Group PLC and Delaware North Companies, and initial roles in filing and customer advising. Ryan holds a BSc in Computing from London Metropolitan University, complemented by an International Foundation Programme in Computing.
