Sophia Liu

Sophia Liu has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Sophia'smost recent role is as a Legal Counsel at Charterhouse Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Watsons Solicitors as an Employment solicitor from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Peninsula UK, where they held multiple roles including Employment Law Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, and Employment Law Consultant. Sophia also has experience as a Publicity Representative at Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division from 2017 to 2019 and as a Litigation Paralegal at DWF from 2017 to 2019. Sophia started their legal career at Fletchers Solicitors in 2015, where they held various positions including Serious Injury Assistant Fee Earner, Paralegal in Catastrophic Injuries Team, and Legal Advisor in Medical Negligence. Sophia also had internship experiences at Plexus Law and Davis Blank Furniss in 2014. Prior to entering the legal field, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Oomph! Wellness from 2012 to 2013.

Sophia Liu started their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies (with one year placement) from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Sophia attended this university from 2009 to 2013.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Sophia went on to study at BPP Law School. Sophia obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from 2013 to 2014. Sophia then continued their legal education at the same institution, completing a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from 2014 to 2015.
