Susie Lewis

Susie Lewis has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management. Susie started their career at Charterhouse Voice & Data in 2009 as a Project Coordinator and later became a Junior Project Manager. During their time at the company, they developed and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders and was responsible for scheduling and implementing projects.

In 2017, Susie joined Burke & Best as a Project Manager in the F2P mobile games market. Susie successfully managed multiple projects in an Agile environment, ensuring that deliverables were completed within specified milestones and budgets. Additionally, they played a key role in the day-to-day operations of the studio, including recruitment, HR, and process reviews.

Currently, Susie holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Charterhouse Voice & Data, starting in 2019. Susie'sresponsibilities include maximizing the effective use of skills and resources for the successful delivery of projects, such as Avaya, Mitel, and MPLS solutions. Susie maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients and manages the project budget.

Additionally, Susie earned several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from an unknown institution. In 2012, Susie obtained the OCR Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration from OCR. Susie acquired the NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service from Edexcel & Pearson UK in February 2010. Lastly, Susie obtained the PRINCE2 certification from APMG-International in February 2013.
