Jessie (Crawford) Dodson

Jessie (Crawford) Dodson has held various roles in the logistics and customer support industry since 2000. Starting as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Operations Specialist at McMaster-Carr in 2000, Dodson was promoted to Customer Information Specialist in 2006, where they facilitated work to Customer Information Generalists and researched and implemented decisions dictating financial responsibility of transactions. In 2008, Dodson was promoted to Operations Supervisor, Order Management Specialist, Project Manager, and Sales Strategist at McMaster-Carr. In 2014, Dodson moved to Endeavor Telecom as an Operations Manager and Program Manager. In 2015, Dodson was promoted to Director of Service Operations at Onepath LLC, where they were responsible for all components of the large, multi-faceted service organization. In 2020, Dodson transitioned to Genesis Networks Enterprises as the Director of Service Operations, where they successfully navigated the Covid recession and work from home transition. In 2021, Dodson was hired as the General Manager of Fulfillment Operations at Weezie. Currently, Dodson is the Director of Logistics & Customer Support at CharterUP, where they are disrupting large scale transportation and mobility through the introduction of powerful and scalable technology.

Jessie (Crawford) Dodson attended Clayton State University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration.
