Dmitry Pavlushin is an experienced aviation executive with a strong track record in business aviation and air charter management. As the Founder of Charterzz since March 2023 and former Founder/CEO of Air Charter Agency from July 2014 to March 2023, Dmitry has successfully managed end-to-end charter flight operations, enhancing profitability through strategic relationships and negotiations. Previously, as Commercial Jet Director at Air Charter Service, Dmitry supervised sales teams, maintained client portfolios, and ensured regulatory compliance. Dmitry's earlier roles include Sales Director at Kuban Airlines, where a significant increase in online revenue was achieved, and Head of Commercial Agreements and Alliances at S7 Airlines, where strategic partnerships were expanded, increasing passenger traffic. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Economic Theory and a Master's in Transport Management from Novosibirsk State Academy of Water Transport.
