Amy Randal has extensive experience in mental health and social services, currently serving as a Social Rehabilitation Coordinator at Chartiers Center since August 2012, with previous roles including Social Rehabilitation Specialist and Blended Service Coordinator. Amy also works as a Certified Personal Medicine Coach at Pat Deegan, PhD & Associates LLC since May 2024. Notably, Amy presented at the Pennsylvania Mental Health and Wellness Conference in May 2023, focusing on advocacy in mental health. Previous positions include Community Living Specialist at Mainstay Life Services and various roles at Mercy Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included case management and residential support. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh, earned from 1990 to 1995.

The staff and leadership of Chartiers Center are committed to providing compassionate support to those in need who face behavioral health, co-occurring disorders, or IDD challenges as they transform their lives. The Agency has grown its service offerings so that a wide range of programs, service types and service locations are available to adults with intellectual disabilities, consumers with behavioral health needs, individuals and families dealing with substance abuse and the homeless community. Services range from treatment and medication monitoring, to day programs, outpatient therapy, substance abuse services (treat consumers 12 years of age and older ), case management and residential programs to serve a variety of consumer needs and multiple housing options to support the homeless or those at risk of losing their home.
