Ben Strother

Ben Strother has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben is currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Chartis Federal since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trident Home Loans, LLC as a Mortgage Loan Officer and later as a Client Lead Supervisor from April 2021 to November 2021.

Ben also has experience as an Aviation Safety Inspector at Potomac River Enterprise Solutions from March 2020 to April 2021. Ben started their career as a Supply Chain Management Intern at Inova Health System from January 2020 to March 2020.

Before transitioning to civilian roles, Ben served in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant from August 2001 to August 2013.

Ben Strother attended MiraCosta College from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Ben then pursued further education at the University of West Florida from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In November 2021, Ben obtained a certification as a Mortgage Loan Originator from the NMLS institution.
