Carlos Evans has a diverse work experience in the field of radio network management and maintenance. Carlos started their career as an Operations Specialist at the US Coast Guard in 2011, where they conducted inspections for emergency response readiness and developed training programs. From 2012 to 2016, Carlos worked as a Regional Radio Technician at Rivada Networks, managing and maintaining radio networks in the Great Lakes area for Federal Protective Services. In 2016, they joined Chartis Corp as an LMR Technician III, where they managed and maintained the radio network in the New York and Northern New Jersey area, programming and updating call signs for handheld and mobile radios. Carlos was later promoted to a Level 2 Engineer position at Chartis Corp, where they continued their work until October 2020. Finally, Carlos joined Chartis Federal in October 2020 as a Level 3 Lead Engineer.

Carlos Evans completed their high school education at Del Norte High School from 1998 to 2002, earning a High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Arizona Automotive Institute and obtained an Associate's degree in Diesel Technology and Shop Management. Additionally, Carlos has acquired several certifications, including the ITIL Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in December 2022, CompTIA Server+ Certification in September 2020, CompTIA Network Infrastructure Professional – CNIP Stackable Certification in September 2020, CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification in December 2020, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in July 2020, and CompTIA Network+ ce Certification in June 2020.
