Jocelyn Davies

Jocelyn Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Jocelyn began their career as a Paraplanner at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they managed daily office needs and conducted financial transactions. Jocelyn then joined Ebix as a Business Solution Engineer, where they designed business solutions and system integration for projects. Jocelyn also served as a Project Manager, managing the complete lifecycle of project implementations. After that, they worked at Communications Training Analysis Corp. (CTAC) as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, ensuring smooth project operations and facilitating agile processes. Jocelyn also served as a PMO Manager, improving operational systems and managing support services. Most recently, Jocelyn worked at Chartis Federal as a Project Manager and Program Manager, providing support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Department of the Interior. Jocelyn managed projects related to network and radio modernization and ensured compliance and budgetary reporting activities were met. Overall, Jocelyn has demonstrated expertise in project and program management, technical requirements analysis, and client liaison.

Jocelyn Davies obtained their Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Montgomery College, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Jocelyn then pursued a Bachelors of Science in Finance at George Mason University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Jocelyn has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2019, Amazon Web Services Business Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2013, Certified ScrumMaster / CSM from Scrum Alliance in January 2013, Project Management Professional / PMP from Project Management Institute in November 2014, and Agile Certified Practitioner / PMI-ACP also from Project Management Institute in May 2014.
