Joshua James Mrics

Joshua James MRICS is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Chartway Partnerships Group, where Joshua oversees residential developments in Kent with project values ranging from £10m - £35m. Prior to their current role, Joshua worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Wedgewood Homes and Development House Limited, gaining experience in different types of housing schemes. Joshua's career started as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Baily Garner LLP, where Joshua worked on residential new build and refurbishment projects. Joshua studied Quantity Surveying at the University of Reading and holds a BTEC National Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering from MidKent College. Joshua completed their GCSE at Greenacre School for Boys.
