Kyla Krawczyk is a seasoned General Manager with extensive experience in senior living services, having held multiple management roles at Chartwell Retirement Residences from 2016 to 2019. Kyla began their career as a Recreation Aide and advanced to various managerial positions, including Memory Living Manager and Education Coordinator. They briefly worked as a Resident Services Coordinator at Amica Senior Lifestyles in 2016. Kyla holds an Honours degree in Inclusive and Therapeutic Recreation, Community Health from Brock University, as well as a degree in Recreation Therapy from Niagara College.
