Nathalie Fillion

Nathalie Fillion currently serves as a Gestionnaire at Chartwell Retirement Residences since August 2023. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Responsable des ressources humaines at Le Canard Goulu from March 2023 to August 2023. Nathalie's experience also includes working as a Conseillère indépendante at Arbonne International LLC from March 2017 to August 2023, and as Directrice Générale at COGIR Real Estate, where Nathalie oversaw Maison Louise-Élisabeth and Manoir Les Générations from May 2011 to September 2022. Nathalie’s educational background includes a Baccalauréat en communication/relations humaines and a Certificat en psychologie, both obtained from UQAR.
