Susie Bruce

Susie Bruce is an accomplished leader in the retirement residence sector, currently serving as Director of Regional Operations at Chartwell Retirement Residences since February 2011. In this role, Susie reports to the Vice President of Sales and Operations, managing financial outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement across a region of 11 retirement residences and 400 staff. Prior positions at Chartwell include Director of Regional Operations and Sales and Director of Regional Sales, with responsibilities focusing on occupancy and revenue generation. Additional experience includes a stint as Regional Sales Leader at Holiday Retirement and earlier roles in marketing management at Chartwell.
