Jeff Eller

Jeff Eller has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and senior living industry. Jeff served as the Vice President of Operations at Next Level Hospitality Services starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of West Division Director of Dining Services at Enlivant Senior Living from January 2020 to February 2023. From January 2016 to January 2020, they worked as Assistant Vice President of Dining Services at Trilogy Health Services, LLC. Jeff also served as Area Director of Dining Services Support at Trilogy Health Services, LLC from January 2010 to January 2016. Before joining Trilogy, they were the Director of Food and Beverage at Westmister Village of Terre Haute from July 2005 to March 2009. Jeff started their career at Union Hospital in September 1998, where they worked as a Director until June 2005.

Jeff Eller obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Indiana State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications throughout their career. These include a ServSafe Manager certification from ServSafe, obtained in November 2022, a Certified Healthcare Manager certification from Indiana University, obtained in September 2001, and a certified Dietary Manager and certified Food Protection Professional certification from the Dietary Managers Association, obtained in September 1999.
