Jennifer McKenna Divers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in hospitality management. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Chartwell Hospitality since March 2022, Jennifer has previously held similar director roles at the Long Island Marriott and ShopRite. With a tenure at Aimbridge Hospitality lasting 18 years, Jennifer focused on labor and associate relations while guiding management on policies and procedures. Early career positions included Senior Human Resources Manager at The Courtyard by Marriott Times Square and Front Desk Manager/Human Resources Manager at The Roosevelt Hotel. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
