Sara Hagar is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Since joining Chartwell Partners in June 2019 as a Partner, Sara has focused on expanding the firm’s capabilities within Healthcare Products, including Biopharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, and Medical Technology. Prior to this role, Sara served as a Partner and Director at Catalyst Advisors LP from May 2008 to May 2019, and was an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates between 1993 and 1999, contributing to the Health Care Sector in multiple locations including San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Washington, D.C. Sara holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University, where studies took place from 1986 to 1990.
