Vida Hotchkiss

Vida Hotchkiss is a Senior Consultant at Chartwell, Inc. since June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from a distinguished 18-year tenure at Nicor Gas, where Vida served as Director of Strategic Billing and Solutions, overseeing critical billing projects including Meter Modernization and the Enterprise Gas Management System. Prior roles at Nicor Gas included Director of Billing and Meter Reading Process and various managerial positions within Billing Services and Gas Transportation, managing services for 2.2 million customers. Earlier in the career, Vida was involved in the implementation of a new customer and billing system as a Credit Analyst/Business Consultant and contributed to process improvements and budgeting oversight in multiple roles. Vida holds a Master's in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University.
