Young To is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Campus Executive Chef at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services since March 2025, Young previously held the position of Executive Catering Chef at Compass Group USA from March 2024 to March 2025. A diverse career includes significant roles at Thomas Cuisine, where Young progressed through several titles, including Executive Chef and Sous Chef, from July 2017 to March 2024. Earlier experience includes positions such as Assistant Manager/Line Cook/Cashier at Tom's Teriyaki House and Chef De Partie at A.R. Valentin. Young’s culinary education was completed at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis.
