Kate Townsend

Kate (Haffey) Townsend has a diverse work experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Kate has held roles such as Chief of Staff to the CIO at Corporate Executive Board, Global Associate HR Business Partner at Sealed Air Corporation, and VP of People Operations at Passport. Most recently, they took on the role of Global VP of Human Resources at Food+ by Compass. Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, organizational strategy, and change management.

Kate Townsend earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Virginia. Kate continued their education at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Organization Performance (Strategic HR) between 2009 and 2011.
