Victor Rodriguez is an experienced plant maintenance and operations professional with a diverse background in production supervision, warehouse management, and safety oversight. Currently serving as a Plant Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Chase Corporation, Victor is responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities and provides support and training to maintenance staff. Prior roles include Operations Production Supervisor at Ginseng Up Corporation, where Victor managed bottling line efficiency and personnel, and Production Operations Supervisor at CPF - NEHF Co-ops, focusing on performance standards and cost tracking.
