Itani Mufamadi

Itani Mufamadi is currently working as Team Lead Support Manager at Chase Software, leading a team in training, deploying, and supporting an ERP tool. Prior to this, Itani worked at Infobip as a Technical Support and Accounts Manager, managing clients integrating APIs for OTP pins. Itani also served as a Senior IT Support and Account Executive at Chase Software and as a Technical Support Analyst at Afrihost. With a background in Information Science from the University of Johannesburg, Itani's experience spans across technical support, account management, and supervision roles.
