Carla Tapia has extensive experience in legal and customer service roles, currently serving as a Senior Case Manager at ChasenBoscolo Injury Lawyers since May 2011, following previous positions as Case Manager II and Administrative Assistant within the same firm. Prior to this, Carla worked as a Sales Representative at Allstate from December 2008 to March 2011 and as a Customer Service Representative at Chevy Chase Bank from August 2006 to August 2008. Carla is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to graduate in December 2025.
