Manfredi Pellitteri

Manfredi Pellitteri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit control, product management, and customer service. Currently serving as Product and Credit Control Manager at Chaser since July 2022, Manfredi leads the integration of credit control features and product enhancement initiatives. Previous roles include Credit Controller and Product Owner at Chaser and at Sky, where core responsibilities encompassed debt management, credit evaluations, and client communications. Manfredi co-founded Tick's s.r.l. and Officine Festival and has held various positions in customer service and ticketing management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Entertainment Business and Multimedia Production from Università degli Studi di Palermo, a recent qualification in Product Management from Great Learning, and an AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting.
