Christine Britton

Christine Britton is the Founder and Principal of Christine Britton Coaching and Consulting, LLC, established in 2019, where executive coaching and leadership assessments are provided. Currently, Christine serves as a Senior Associate at Cambria Consulting, part of a global network of executive coaches, and continues as an Independent Consultant at Blake Street Group, Spencer Stuart, and as an Affiliate for Chasm Partners, focusing on executive assessments and onboarding coaching for senior executives. Previous roles include Optum Talent Business Partner at UnitedHealth Group and Managing Director positions at The Advisory Board Company and EAB, overseeing organizational and leadership development. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Director at CEB, now Gartner, and National Director of Organizational Development at Sallie Mae. Christine holds a Master of Science in Management for Organizational Effectiveness from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in French from The University of Dallas.
