Jay Leonard

Jay Leonard has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles in the hospitality industry. Jay currently serves as the Director of Finance at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, overseeing the accounting activities for the property. Prior to this, they worked at Vacasa as a Controller, managing accounting activities for multiple resorts and entities. Before that, they held the position of Accounting Manager at Wyndham Vacation Rentals North America, LLC, where they were responsible for general ledger accounting and accounts payable functions. Jay also served as an Assistant Controller at ResortQuest and as a Lodging Accounting Supervisor and General Ledger Accountant at Intrawest Shared Services. Jay began their career as a Resort Ops Accountant at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial analysis expertise, and the ability to deliver accurate financial statements and reports.

Jay Leonard attended Appalachian State University from 1998 to 1999, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. From 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Presbyterian College.
