Kelly Card-Pennington

Kelly Card-Pennington has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles. Kelly most recently served as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Sales at MGM Resorts International. Kelly also held positions as the National Sales Manager at MGM Grand Detroit, the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Graduate Hotels, and the Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Novi MI. In addition, they served as the Vice President of Marketing & Membership at the American Society of Training & Development and as the Chairperson Board Member at the Northwest Ohio Human Resource Association. Kelly's early career included roles as an Account Manager at The University of Toledo and Owens Community College. Kelly also served as the Board Treasurer at GBTA | Global Business Travel Association.

Kelly Card-Pennington received their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University. Kelly attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in ATE from Bowling Green State University, attending from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Kelly obtained an Associates degree in Hospitality Management from Owens Community College, attending from 1987 to 1990.
