Julie Oliff

Julie Oliff serves as the Managing Director at Chateau Marmont since September 2025 and holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce since February 2024. Previously, Julie was the General Manager at Sensei from August 2022 to September 2025, where the wellness retreat received accolades such as being rated the #1 New Wellness Hotel in the World by Travel+Leisure in 2022. An accomplished leader, Julie was honored as CHLA General Manager of the Year in 2023 and named Business Person of the Year by the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce the same year. Julie has extensive hospitality experience, including a decade at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, where significant achievements included overseeing the brand's first standalone residences and the award-winning Remede Spa. Julie has also served in various roles at The Ritz-Carlton, The Broadmoor, and Hotel Jerome, and is a former board member of the International SPA Association. Julie is a TEDx speaker on luxury hospitality, reflecting a deep expertise in the field stemming from education at the University of St Andrews.
